6-Week Fight-Fit Challenge | Warrior Sports Centurion
Warrior Sports · Centurion · Starts Mon 3 August

At 43 I weighed 96 kg.
Twelve weeks later, 86.

The 6-Week Fight-Fit Challenge runs on the exact system I used to come back. Watch the breakdown below.

Complete at least 15 of your 18 strength sessions, track your nutrition, and do every weekly check-in. Your full entry is then applied as credit toward continuing your training. This is training credit, not a cash refund.

The challenge starts Monday 3 August

Read this if you keep starting over

"I'll join once I'm fit enough."

I've heard that sentence at the front desk of this gym for 25 years. The getting-ready part never ends.

You get fit by training like a fighter. From day one, at your level, with a coach on you.

The gym program you tried before gave you a row of machines, a printed diet, and nothing to master. When it got boring, nothing held you there. So you stopped, and the plan called that your fault.

This challenge gives you a skill to learn, a plan for your food, and a coach who notices when you miss a Wednesday. It is built for busy parents and professionals between 30 and 50.

Everything you get for 6 weeks

Extra classes to use as often as you like. Boxing Tue / Thu 6:30pm. Muaythai Mon / Wed 6:30pm or Tue / Thu 5:30pm. You learn to hit pads properly, and that skill is what keeps you showing up. Optional extras, they don't count toward your guarantee.

How the 6 weeks run

Weeks 1-2: Set the base

First measurements, your macro targets set, strength technique coached from zero, first pad rounds. You learn the systems while your body adjusts to the routine.

Weeks 3-4: Build

Weights go up, rounds get sharper, and your nutrition gets adjusted at check-in based on what your body is actually doing.

Weeks 5-6: Push and prove it

The strongest two weeks of training, final measurements on Fri 11 September, and the Champion's Prize decided.

This system has receipts

Real people, real numbers

96 ‚Üí 86 kg
Brett Clarke, 43

Eight weeks after hernia surgery, Brett weighed 96 kg. Using this exact system he dropped to 86 kg in 12 weeks, training around a business and a family.

8 kg in 12 weeks
Gabriel, business owner, 3 kids

Full work weeks, three kids, no time to waste. Structured training and macro targets did it without giving up family dinners.

The proof is on the wall

Same system. Real parents and professionals. The scale barely tells the story, the centimetres do.

Attendance earns the credit

The show-up guarantee

Do the work, get your entry back as training credit

Three simple things across the 6 weeks:

1. Attend at least 80% of your strength sessions, that's 15 of your 18 (3 a week). Aim for the 5am with Brett, or get them in at the Functional Fitness classes.

2. Track your nutrition in the app.

3. Complete every weekly check-in.

Do all three and your full R2,997 entry is applied as credit toward continuing with a Warrior Sports membership or the next 12-Week Challenge.

This is training credit, not a cash refund. Claim it within 30 days of the challenge ending. The credit is applied across your continued training and is never paid out as cash. The 80% only counts your strength sessions. Optional evening boxing and Muaythai do not count.

🏆 The Champion's Prize

The best transformation of the challenge wins free entry to the next 12-Week Challenge, a R8,997 value.

Judged on measurements, consistency and effort across the full 6 weeks, decided at final measurements on 11 September.

15 spots means we choose carefully

Is this you?

This is for you if

  • You're 30 to 50 with a job, a family, and no time to waste
  • You can commit to 3 strength sessions a week, ideally the 5am with Brett
  • You've started and stopped before and you're done with that cycle
  • You want a skill to learn, not another machine circuit
  • You'll track your food when the plan is built around real meals

This is not for you if

  • You want a quick fix without showing up
  • You won't do check-ins or track anything
  • You're looking for the cheapest gym membership in Centurion
  • You expect results from watching the classes

Straight answers

Questions everyone asks

I'm really unfit. Can I actually do this?

Yes, and you're exactly who it's built for. Every strength session and every class scales to your level, and a coach is on the floor with you the whole hour. Nobody gets thrown into sparring. You get fit by doing the training, and week 1 meets you where you are.

I've never boxed or done Muaythai. Does that matter?

Not at all. Most people in the challenge are starting from zero. You'll learn proper technique on the pads from the first class, and having a skill to work on is the reason this sticks where gym programs don't.

What if I can't make 5am?

The 5am Monday, Wednesday and Friday strength sessions with Brett are the preferred slot and the best part of the system. If 5am truly can't work, you can still get your 3 sessions in at the 6am Functional Fitness (Mon / Wed / Fri) or the afternoon Functional Fitness classes (Mon to Thu at 4:30, 5:30 or 6:30pm). Three strength sessions a week is what matters.

How does the training credit work?

Do three things across the 6 weeks: attend at least 15 of your 18 strength sessions, track your nutrition in the app, and complete every weekly check-in. Your full R2,997 is then applied as training credit toward a Warrior Sports membership or the next 12-Week Challenge. Claim it within 30 days of the challenge ending. The credit is applied across your continued training. It is training credit, not a cash refund.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

You get your own macro targets and meal plans built around food you already eat, including family meals. Brett checks your progress every week and adjusts the targets as your body changes.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Final measurements happen on 11 September and the Champion's Prize is awarded. If you earned your credit, you choose where it goes: a Warrior Sports membership or the next 12-Week Challenge.

6 weeks. 15 spots.
Starts Monday 3 August.

Complete at least 15 of your 18 strength sessions, track your nutrition, and do every weekly check-in. Your full entry is applied as credit toward continuing your training.
